This page explains, in plain language, what information is used in Bee’Mola contact forms and the proposal list, and why.

The callback form asks for your full name, phone number and optional company. The message form also asks for email, area of interest, participant range, date or timeframe, selected experiences and your message. A request code and source page are processed for technical security.
Why do we use it?
Information is used only to validate and respond to your enquiry, prepare a relevant experience recommendation, run a potential proposal and communication process, and secure the form. Submitting a form does not automatically add you to a marketing list.
Technical providers and international processing
The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Form notifications are delivered to info@beemola.com through Resend. Resend states in its security and data-protection materials that message content may be processed in the United States and is normally retained for 30 days. We want this technical flow to be clear before you submit.
Proposal list and local storage
Selected experiences are stored in your browser’s local storage and are sent to the server only when you submit the form. The list expires after 30 days. You can remove it earlier with “Clear list” in the proposal panel.
Conversion measurement
Events such as starting a form, successful submission and contact-channel clicks are recorded only as aggregate counts without names or contact details. This measurement uses no advertising cookie or persistent visitor identifier.
Security and retention
The form is protected by server validation, a hidden bot field, duplicate-send protection and Cloudflare rate limiting. Contact records are retained only for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any necessary operational follow-up.
Your choices and contact
You can request access, correction or deletion at info@beemola.com. The formal controller trade name and service address will be added after company incorporation, and the final Turkish-law notice will then be separately published.

This page transparently describes the current digital flow and does not invent a company name, address or legal basis that has not yet been finalised. The final notice should be reviewed by legal counsel after incorporation.
